Not Blob
I thought we might end up using 'The Blob" as an interim name, to avoid having to say "it" all the time, but no. Mrs T didn't like it. The Blob is now known as Flicker, after its heartbeat.

History
I started this blog when Mrs T was first pregnant in 2005, after 11 years of marriage. No-one knew we were hoping for a family: it was our big secret. That pregnancy ended soon afterwards in a traumatic miscarriage - but remained a secret in real life, and was followed by a period of unexplained infertility.
Our current pregnancy is no secret - but the rest of the story is.

Well you know, Blob is only a tiny step from Blobby and we don't want to go *there* now do we? Not when indentifying with our sweet lil bubs right?
Flicker is good, Mrs T is right. Stop pouting now... ;)
Hey, steady on folks; I think flicker's better, too! It was the Sonographer who said "There's your blob" and I quite liked it. When Mrs T suggested Flicker I knew she was right straight away.
